Seen on social media, it immediately caught my attention. I should preface that I have always suffered from neck and shoulder pain; I’ve tried various massagers, but I must say this one works much better than those with rotating balls or vibrations—it simulates a real massage!! Obviously, I’ve only been using it for a few days, but it seems to relax and release tension. The craftsmanship and design are excellent; the heated hands are a useful feature. The only downside is a noise coming from one side—I don’t know if they all do this or if mine was poorly made at the factory. I won’t send it back, because the slight hum of the mechanism doesn’t affect how the device works. I also hope the battery lasts. I’ll add that shipping was very fast. For now, I highly recommend it!!
